HOW TO ORDER
To shop the pieces on this website, simply add them to your shopping cart then follow the secure checkout process. You will be emailed a confirmation of your order and updates including shipping details.
UK - free delivery takes 1 week including time for the jewellery to be made and sent out to you via a tracked, insured and signed for delivery service.
EU & International - £5 delivery takes 2 weeks including time for the jewellery to be made and sent out to you via a tracked and insured delivery service.

All jewellery comes in a jewellery box or pouch, then posted in either a box or padded envelope suitable to protect it in on it's journey to you.
All jewellery is made from Sterling Silver, 9ct Gold or 18ct Gold as specified on the product pages. The most sustainable options for materials are always used where available. Hallmarks are applied by the assay office where needed as per the current UK regulations found here. The pieces are made by hand, in London.

All pieces are made by hand and checked before sending but if for any reason you feel your item/s are defective or faulty please get in touch, they will be replaced or repaired if this is brought to our attention within the returns period.
All earrings are non refundable under EU health and safety rules and regulations. Bespoke or custom items and shipping costs are non-returnable or refundable.
For a refund on any other jewellery, please email email@example.com to arrange a return. Returns only apply where proof of purchase is given and if the item/s are returned within 14 days, unworn and in the original packaging. Return postage costs are paid by you, we would recommend a tracked service as you are responsible for the item/s until we receive them.
